DIVES

Diving insurance is not included in dives and certified divers are responsible for their own diving insurance. DAN is recommended and there is a Hyperbaric Chamber in Playa del Carmen and in Tulum. All dives are performed within the safety limits of recreational diving. All guides are EFR (Emergency First Response) trained, have DAN Professional Diver Insurance and are IANTD trained and certified Cave Divers. All vehicles used for cenote diving trips have the required First Aid and Emergency Oxygen available. The vehicles are inspected, certified and insured to transport standard recreational scuba gear and a maximum of four passengers (excluding vans).

TRIPS

Diving Trips are organized and booked in advance. Prices are subjects to availability and are payable prior to the start of the dives. Full payment for all dives are to be paid upfront. If, for any reason, you are unable to complete your dives, a full refund will be given for the days of diving not completed. If you have completed your first dive and for some reason cannot complete the second dive, this will not be refunded, due to the fact that two-tank dives are offered as a pair and are not sold separately.

Food and refreshments are offered on all cenote dives. This includes sandwiches, fruit, cookies, fruit juices and water. If you require a vegetarian sandwich, please advise us 24 hours in advance of the dive.

PACKAGES

We include Accommodation in some of our dive packages. The prices are influenced by the season and can fluctuate quite rapidly within short periods. We try to minimize this and offer alternative accommodation in accordance with your requirements. Prices are also subject to the availability of the rooms, but we have many different options available of good quality hotels in Playa del Carmen. Before booking your hotel, we will confirm all the details with you - giving you more flexibility and choice.

Travel insurance is not included in any of our dive packages. All prices are quoted in US Dollars. Full, part and/or deposit payments can be made by credit card and is done so via PayPal.
